Programs We offer
Gr. K-4. A 55 min Introduction to basketball classes partnered with the JCC. This class is building hand-eye coordination, footwork, built in with learning the skills and knowledge of basketball finishing with lots of fun activities.
Gr. 5-12. A 90-120 min class catered to athletes who enjoy the sport and want to learn, develop and fine tune their skill level to become a better player. A skill development based class trickled in with completion play.
Gr. 5-12. A 120 min practice/class catered to athletes who enjoy the sport and wants to develop skill and learn team concept. Half the class is focused on developing your skills for games and the other half is practicing drills and team concepts to provide the excellent player for your team goals. (Note* during the off-season these are classes catered to anyone signs up).
We offer team play to any age group that wants to play for our coaching staff in the Winter and Spring. (Included: Jerseys, full gear, tournaments and league play).
We are proud to say that we offer the most court time per kid than any other program in NYC. Our players are able to get in a gym or outdoor space and practice with coaches who are teaching the game of basketball.
Our focus is in individual/group training and play where we can outsource our athletes to other teams
or our in-house coaches.

Spring Training/Team Play
During the Spring programming, we focus on Training athletes (skill development, footwork, fitness, IQ) and competitive play (AAU style). We use this 9-10 wk. course schedule to allow our players to develop at their own rate.
For our Spring Play players, they will have access to all programming, play in both games and tournaments. For the high school athletes, looking to play college basketball, this will give them the opportunity to be seen by coaches and gain experience.
Spring Training: Mar 21st- June 6th
- After school, weeknight "tune-up" classes and weekend skill training classes.
Spring Play (AAU style): Mar. 21st- June 6th
- After school, weeknight "tune-up" classes, weeknight practices, and weekend practices/games.
- Team play (which offers the ability to take any and all classes that fits your skill level, 2 practices a week, tournaments, league play, jerseys and gear).
**We also have programming in the Spring for players that are just looking for classes to develop skills, fitness and IQ. (Practice player option: only comes to classes and practice, may join games if players are needed)**

development which includes proper skill development, shooting form,
