Andy Robinson

Owner and Director of A ROB ACADEMY.


Division 1 and full-scholarship player at the University at Buffalo. 1,000 pt. scorer. Played Professionally (Mexico, London, Canada,) for 4 years before three major season ending injuries permanently sidelined him into Teaching and Coaching. Before starting A ROB ACADEMY, Andy partnered and was a Director at other competitive Basketball Skills Training Programs in NYC. He’s also the Physical Education Teacher at a Private school on the Upper West Side.

Flynn Pykkonnenn


Started playing basketball when she was 9 years old. Flynn played throughout high school and on nationally ranked teams in AAU. She also played D1 on a scholarship at The University at Buffalo. Flynn has been coaching for 2 years. She focuses her training on helping players develop confidence and consistency in mid-range to 3-point shooting as well as continuing to have passion for the game.

Outside of coaching, Flynn is the CEO and founder of Makeup By Flynn, a hair and makeup team within television, film, celebrity styles, fashion, events, and bridal.

Arielle Robinson

Ari Graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. She specialized in basketball biomechanics and strength and conditioning. She worked as a personal trainer at LA Fitness where she worked with mostly athletes and people of varying fitness levels. Ari Coached boys and girls ages 5-16 with Mo' Motion for 7 years and currently serves as Director of Enrichment Services, Career Development for Columbia University Athletics. Born and raised in North Babylon, NY and currently resides in Washington Heights. 

Greg Gamble
