During our Fall programming we focus on developing & training athletes, which consists of footwork, skill development, fitness, and IQ.
This 8-9 week course schedule allows our players to enhance their skills while getting prepared for the Winter Basketball season. Each class and practice range from 1-2 hours per session (depending on program).
Fall/Winter Training & Team players will have access to all programming suitable for their age/grade/talent level. Athletes who Train and Play with us will have the opportunity to play in Fall games and tournaments to assess development and winter season readiness.
